A woman in her 50s was filmed being kicked to the floor by a motorbike rider on a golf course in Huddersfield on Sunday evening.

Jo Binns suffered the attack as she appeared to confront the biker before they rode towards her, lifted their right leg up and kicked her in the chest.

A police spokesperson said on Monday: ‘Police are investigating a report of an assault on a woman in her 50s at Bradley Park Golf Course yesterday at around 7.35pm, when an off-road biker kicked a member of the public.

‘Enquiries are ongoing.’

Jo posted the footage of the incident on Facebook, writing: ‘If anyone comes across these s***s riding motorbikes on Bradley golf course please do not approach them.’

The incident comes a month after Bradley Park Golf Course publicly complained about damage motorbike riders were doing to the course.

A post on the course’s Facebook page in March, accompanied by photographs of deep tire tracks on the grass, read: ‘Unfortunately we had some mindless vandalism on the golf course yesterday afternoon.

‘Four youths on motorbikes were seen leaving the course into the steep lands area and then onto Bradley Road.

‘They will be from the local area, if anyone is aware of this group could you please get in touch so that we can update the police.

‘The greens team are already at work trying to repair the damage…’
